REQUIREMENTS
We offer wholesale pricing to approved Ideal Protein clinics ONLY, by the case (15 cookbooks).
Janeva's Ideal Recipes cookbook may only be sold through brick and mortar Ideal Protein Clinics. Sales in other retail establishments, websites or online shopping sites (including Amazon.com and eBay.com) is prohibited, except with the written permission of Janeva's Ideal Recipes.
At our discretion, you may be asked to provide a copy of your state sales tax exemption / resale certificate or business license, for tax purposes.
PAYMENT
We accept payment with cc, debit card or PayPal. Please contact us at janeva@janevaskitchen.com if you prefer to pay via check.

SHIPPING
All orders ship from Minnesota, USA for US clinics; all orders ship from Altona, Manitoba for Canadian clinics.
Any shipments you receive with discrepancies should be reported to us within 10 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
No returns
U.S. and Canadian Clinics: Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and added to your order at checkout. We use USPS Priority Mail (US) and Fed Ex or Canada Post (Canada) as our primary shipping method. In the event there is an error or change to pre-calculated shipping rates at check-out, we reserve the right to bill for the difference in shipping costs prior to shipping your order. We will notify you of any changes to the shipping rates prior to shipment.
Other Countries: Shipping and handling charges, duties, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering if shipment is to a country other than the USA or Canada.
HOW TO ORDER
Submit the application below for a wholesale account; accounts meeting the wholesale requirements are approved within 24 hours or less.
Upon approval of your account we will email you a password to access the wholesale store.
